ICT in SCIENCE. what is the benefit?

Do you know that ICT stands for Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In this chapter, we learned so many things that involves in this learning and such as ICT in Science Education. Here, we applied ICT in our Teaching and Learning process. It will make the Teaching and Learning (TnL) process becomes more interactive and active. We also can make a comparison between the alternative and tradition method of TnL. For example, the smart school is one of the school which fully used computer or technology as the main medium in transferring the knowledge. Here, we have some active discussion on this about from our PBL lesson. The examples of topic that we discussed are the advantages of smart school, the way they use Technology as an enabler and also as their main source of information. Moreover, in order to make Technology as the major medium in school, we have to learn how to use, the ethics in using it and also the benefits of the ICT.

In this course, we have learn so much about using Technology in Science Education. Fisrtly,the blog as the main assignments and the lecturer needs to evaluate this blog rather than to have pen and paper to write, it is easier and much more better to have blog as our evaluation form.

Secondly, the uses of data logger as the main recorder data in Science Experiment. As my group, we get the assignment for data logger in subject physics. There are a lots of activities in Science which use the sensors. We have chosen the Charles's Law and we have use the two types of sensor. The first one is temperature and pressure sensor. We can get a lot of advantages by using data logger. You can see it in this blog here : ADVANTAGES.

Thirdly, we learn about the simulation and also the modelling. While I am presenting the RPH (daily lesson plan), I have showed some of my animation video with my classmates. By using animation and simulation, thing will get easier and interactive. You can see the a lots of activities here : simulation 1.

In a conclusion, we can make Science is a best subject and easiest subject. :)
